Based on all communications and style of couples we will create a design that fits the ideas and inspiration of the couple’s dream wedding including execution. Design concept transfers into all aspects of the wedding including but not limited to Save the Dates, Invitations, Custom Favors, Welcome Bags, Rehearsal Dinner Décor, etc.

Budget creation and management to assure you stay on track with vendor costs, payments and deadlines.

Vendor selection and contract negotiation. We will set you up with the best of the best that fit within your style and budget, schedule appointments and conference calls, and negotiate proposals and contract terms.

Attend meetings as your representation if you’re not able to make a meeting or as a support system alongside of you. The main liaison for all schedules and vendor proposal negotiations.

Schedule hotel room blocks and discounted pricing for guests. Manage guest list and travel plans with hotels along with transportation communications.

Invitation and save the date management. We will stuff, stamp and mail your save the dates and invitations.

Manage guest list responses and deadlines by being the point person for all wedding invitation RSVP cards. We will collect and manage your guest list by having responses come directly to us. We will coordinate with the venue on final numbers, dietary restrictions and special instructions.

Create logistical layouts and floor plans as needed and send to the venue and vendors.

Wedding weekend timeline and itinerary. Leave the logistics and details to us. We will share this with vendors, wedding party, venue and all parties involved in event activities.

Vendor coordination managing and supervising schedules of vendors for load in, set up, breaks/meals, break down and load out.

Rehearsal Walkthrough. Coordinate the wedding party and family through the ceremony rehearsal.

Rehearsal Dinner Assistance. Manage details of the rehearsal dinner with the venue, décor items, floor plans and rentals.

Unlimited Day of Coordination. Point person for the day of the wedding accompanied by assistant and staff as needed.

Distribution of welcome bags and wedding favors. Coordinate delivery of gifts and information.

Seating chart and display. Creation and assistance with guest seating.

Assist photographer as needed. Assistance in coordinating members needed for photos.

Assist in final reception details. Guest book, favors, escort cards, candy station, etc.

Day-of payments and gratuities. Distribute final payments and vendor gratuities at the event's conclusion.

Collection of personal items. Pack all personal items and deliver to designated person to take from the venue.
