Design Concept + Execution
Based on all communications and style of couple: A design that fits the ideas and inspiration of the couple’s dream wedding including execution. Design concept transfers into all aspects of the wedding includingbut not limited to Save the Dates, Invitations, Custom Favors, Welcome Bags, Rehearsal Dinner Décor, etc.
Budget Creation + Management
We will outline all wedding event(s) needs and cost estimations based on client’s preferences, guest count, vendor needs, and venue. You will be kept up to date with total costs, deposit payments, remaining balances, and deadlines, to keep you, and all parties involved, on track and within outlined guidelines.
Venue Selection Assistance
We will gather availability and information from prospective venues that fit within your style, budget, and estimated guest count, schedule site visits, and negotiate proposals and contract terms on your behalf. We will attend all site visits alongside of you to make sure that all necessary questions are being asked and detailed information is obtained. We know all of the right questions to ask to set you and your event up for success.
Vendor Selection + Contract Negotiation
We will set you up with the best of the best that fit within your style and budget, schedule appointments and conference calls, and negotiate proposals and contract terms, so that you get the most for your money, and to ensure the flawless execution of your vision so that your event is a true reflection of you both.

Discuss budget, design, vision, and review all planning aspects and timeline
Regular Communication + Planning Meetings
Whether by phone, email, or in person, we like to discuss the planning progress and checklist updates regularly so that, not only you, but also, we can make sure that no detail is left behind. This day is one of the most important and personal events of your lives and we want to ensure that you, not only feel comfortable and excited, but are confident that all of the small touches are being addressed and handled on your behalf so that you can rest easy and enjoy every moment of being with your family and loved ones.
Coordination of Accommodations
Allow us to do the leg work for you. We will schedule hotel room blocks and discounted pricing for guests and obtain specific online links and codes that you can easily share with your guests so that their entire experience is a flawless one from the very beginning.
Accompaniment to All Vendor Appointments
Attend meetings as your representation if you’re not able to make an appointment or as a support system alongside of you when meeting all vendors whether it is during the selection process or after you have booked them.
Two Onsite Meetings with Couple and/or Vendors
As needed for vendor walk through and/or layout logistics.
Online Account Access
Stay in the loop on all planning and timelines with our online account portal. We will set you up with your own account so that you can watch as we manage your guest list and RSVPs, update budget and payments, review proposals and contracts, create designinspiration for all events, and track all notes from every conference call and meeting that is attended. You can share this with as many or as few people that you would like. We can manage permissions for each person based on the level of involvement that you would like for them to have.
Invitation + Save the Date Management
We will source, assist in design and ordering of proofs along with edits, stuff, stamp and mail your save the dates and invitations.
Manage Guest List Responses + Deadlines
Along with sourcing and assisting in design of all stationary, including but not limited to invitations, we will be the pointperson for all RSVP cards. We will collect and manage your guest list by having responses come directly to us. We will coordinate with the venue on final numbers, dietary restrictions and special instructions. You are able to check your online account at any time to see who has and has not responded as we will keep this regularly updated.
Create Logistical Layouts + Floor Plans
Sent to the venue and vendors after your approval. These will be created and designed in our software, that is to-scale, of your venue, guest count, décor and additional event rentals so that you and all vendors can visualize every aspect of your event.
Wedding Weekend Timeline + Itinerary
Leave the logistics and details to us. We will share this with vendors, wedding party, venue and all parties involved in event activities.
We will be on site and ready to receive and direct all vendors as they arrive, manage and supervise schedules of for load in, set up, breaks/meals, break down and load out.
Rehearsal Walkthrough of Ceremony
Coordinate the wedding party and family through the ceremony rehearsal.
Day of Event Management
Point person for the day of the wedding accompanied by assistants and staff as needed. Laura Burchfield will be the main onsite lead of your event with no less than 2 assistants, with up to 5, depending on final guest count and amount of moving parts. A designated assistant, equipped with all essentials possibly needed in a pop-up situation, will be alongside the bride during the day of the wedding to manage timeline with bride, bridesmaids, family, photographers, hair/makeup, and all other vendors throughout the moving parts of the day. Forgot your hairspray or deodorant, or did you spill or rip something? We have all of the items you probably never even thought you could possibly need…just in case!
Seating Chart + Display
Creation and assistance with guest seating through your personal online portal. We will share this along with dietary restrictions and special instructions to venue and all vendors involved.
Distribution of Welcome Bags + Wedding Favors
Coordinate delivery of gifts and information to designated location for disbursement.
Assist in Final Reception Details
Sourcing and pickup of guest book, favors, escort cards, seating chart, etc. along with setup, breakdown and delivery of return to the couple.
Day-of Payments + Gratuities
Distribute final payments and vendor gratuities at the event’s conclusion per the client’s wishes.
Collection of Personal Items
Coordinate and deliver to designated person to take from the venue at the end of the night.
